As the spread of COVID-19 continues to affect all of us, Lenovo recognizes the thousands of partners who comprise our Solution Provider community are faced with new and increasing challenges to manage their businesses and serve our mutual customers. To support our loyal partner community during this unprecedented time, Lenovo is pleased to announce a comprehensive Partner Stimulus Package

The Partner Stimulus Package is designed to remove financial unpredictability and provide a solution that will align with the challenging budgets of our mutual customers. In partnership with Intel, Microsoft, and DLL, Lenovo is pleased to offer the following to our partners: 

  1. Effective April 1 through June 30, Lenovo will remove all target-based programs and offer a flat rate incentive program stack. This change removes the unpredictability of target-based earnings and allows our partners to continue to invest in our mutual business. Additionally, Lenovo will provide these earnings every 30 days in lieu of the 90-day payment cycle associated with target based programs.
  2. In partnership with DLL and our Lenovo Partner Credit Program, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering extended terms of 90 days vs 60 for qualifying partners. The 30-day extension will substantially offer more financial flexibility for partners.
  3. Lenovo Financial Services is providing options for your customers to defer new technology payments for 90 days and provide short-term rental solutions to support a work-from-home staff.   4. Our best-in-class Sales Incentive Program will continue to provide payments to the partner sellers that represent Lenovo in the market. We understand and appreciate how these challenging times affect partner sellers, and we want to ensure the incentives they work hard to earn will continue.
  5. Lenovo announced a Work From Home DaaS Solution (some with Intel vPro Technology with the best security features out there), that combines our solutions with Premier Support and security software from Absolute. This will provide our mutual customers with additional flexibility in how they serve an increasing WFH demand. In addition, Microsoft is helping to meet businesses’ needs for collaboration by making Teams and Office 365 E1 available for free for six months for customers that are not currently licensed for Teams.   6. Lenovo also recognizes that due to supply and/or capacity constraints some Partners will not meet Tier attainment criteria as part of the Partner Advantage Program. Lenovo will relax these criteria to ensure that those partners that have met the spirit and intent of the revenue thresholds will not be penalized due to these supply and capacity constraints.
