Product and Warranty Information

Where can I find the accessories or parts that are compatible with my Model Type?

Where can I find the warranty upgrade part number that is compatible with my Model Type? 
On the main page of the public LPN site, click the Client Services tab in the top navigation. On this page is where you can find the the Warranty Matrix file (a.k.a. WAMO file). The file is updated monthly.

Who can help me get a warranty registered? 
You can send a note to that contains the machine PN's and serial #s involved, the invoice for the warranty that the end user received, and an explanation of what warranty PN(s) you are trying to register . Please note that it takes several days to process warranty requests.

How does my company become a Warranty Service Provider? 
Login to the partner portal, under “Service Providers”, click on “Become an Authorized Lenovo Service Provider”

Where can I view marketing materials? 
Marketing materials are available on many of the product, services, programs and resources pages throughout the public LPN site. Lenovo logos and branding can be found here. You can also easily download marketing materials using the Asset Search Tool.
