PROGRAM LEVELS & QUALIFICATIONS

The PCG Partner Engage Program is based on one simple criterion: annual revenue thresholds. Once earned, your PCG Partner Engage Program insignia can be included on your website and marketing materials to reinforce your business credibility and influence in the marketplace.

Enhanced Programs Benefits

Coverage

Platinum, Gold, and Silver partners will be assigned a field Channel Account Manager (CAM) for coverage and onsite visits to assist in growing your Lenovo commercial business relationship. Authorized partners will be supported through Lenovo Telesales support teams for on-demand sales support coverage.


Marketing Support

Striving to deliver new customers to your business, Lenovo constantly invests in fresh promotional activities to support your business expansion and revenue development. Participation details are always easy to access through the PCG Partner Engage Program online portal.


Lenovo Newsletter

Keeping you up to date on Lenovo news, products, training, events, and marketing campaigns, this twice-monthly Lenovo newsletter also includes tactical offers, promotions, incentives, and the latest TopSeller™ Price List.


Quarterly Joint Business Planning

Platinum VARs will receive focus from their assigned field CAM to build a working joint business plan for growth and mutual success. This plan includes governance, executive engagement, and quarterly business reviews toward agreed goals to measure and accelerate business success and development with Lenovo. Some Gold VARs that demonstrate high growth and mutual willingness to partner deeper with Lenovo may also qualify to be invited to participate.


Lenovo Accelerate

Platinum VARs each will receive one complimentary pass for Lenovo’s Accelerate Partner show. Gold VARs are eligible to qualify for a complimentary pass to Accelerate at the discretion of their Lenovo CAM. All others are welcome to register and attend the Accelerate channel event.

Incentive Programs

All partners in the PCG Partner Engage Program can earn rebates on quarterly sales of Lenovo products to further help your business improve, differentiate, and grow.


Dealer Locator

All partners are eligible to be included in the Lenovo online Dealer Locator system, which directs customers searching for Lenovo products to your business’s website.


Channel Account Management

VARs that qualify for tiered designation (Platinum, Gold, and Silver) will be assigned a field Channel Account Manager (CAM) for coverage and onsite visits to assist in growing your Lenovo commercial business relationship. Authorized Partners will have access to Lenovo support through our Lenovo Telesales support teams – either through Lenovo Partner Sales (LPS) or via the Lenovo Partner Assist (LPA)


Partner Advisory Council

The Lenovo Partner Advisory Council will be your opportunity as a Lenovo Platinum tier partner to provide your valuable insight into key areas of our business including: new product launch, programs, processes, and promotions. We will meet F2F annually, and have regularly scheduled update calls providing you a voice into our key partner business decisions.
