Where can I find the warranty upgrade part number that is compatible with my Model Type?
On the main page of the public LPN site, click the Services tab in the top navigation. On this page is where you can find the the Warranty Matrix file (a.k.a. WAMO file). The file is updated monthly.
Who can help me get a warranty registered?
You can send a note to email@example.com that contains the machine PN's and serial #s involved, the invoice for the warranty that the end user received, and an explanation of what warranty PN(s) you are trying to register . Please note that it takes several days to process warranty requests.
Where can I view marketing materials?
Marketing materials are available on many of the product, services, programs and resources pages throughout the public LPN site. Lenovo logos and branding can be found here. You can also easily download marketing materials using the Asset Search Tool.
Where to buy?
Business Partners should place their orders for Lenovo Topseller models, corporate models, custom models, options, services and software with a Lenovo Authorized Distributor. D&H will accept configure to order.
How do I report my sales to Lenovo?
Login to the Partner Portal. Under the Order Management tab in the top navigation, click on End User Reporting.
